EmpowerHer Youth Foundation is dedicated to providing safe, structured, and supportive housing for girls ages 12–18 who are impacted by foster care, instability, or transitional living situations.
Our program focuses on more than just housing—we provide a nurturing environment where young girls can develop life skills, emotional stability, and confidence needed to thrive independently.
Through structured daily routines, mentorship, and life-skills training, participants are equipped with tools in financial literacy, personal development, education support, and healthy decision-making.
Our goal is to break cycles of instability and empower each girl to transition into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and independence.

Welcome, I am Nicole Burse, Founder and CEO of EmpowerHer Youth Foundation. We are committed to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for young girls who need stability, guidance, and opportunity.
This organization was not created from an idea- it was created from a real-life experience.
As a foster parent, I have opened my home to young girls during some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. I have witness firsthand the emotional challenges, instability, and lack of consistent support that many of these girl's face. I've seen the need for more than just placements- they need mentorship, structure, love, and someone who truly believes in them.
Our mission is to empower young girls by providing support. life skills, emotional stability and opportunities that help them grow into confident, independent, and successful young women.
